* All bookings are considered 'temp' bookings until paid for. We do not accept deposits. Temp bookings can be over-written at any time without notice. Text and email bookings are acceptable when supported by payment in full, in advance! Deluxe does not accept cash in the cars, neither do we carry cash in the cars. Payments can be made via www.deluxe-private-hire.com - Any prices or services not found on these websites will be invoiced by email for immediate payment. Payments by credit or debit card over the phone will incur a 6.5% charge. Online services will incur a charge of between 3&4%.
NOTICE: Caller ID must be on when you call Deluxe. Calls with no ID may not be answered. If you are having trouble getting through on these numbers due to not having the ID on, please text or email in the first instance. You must be able to provide a return number (method of contact) to secure a booking.
